We recently renovated our bungalow. When we pulled up the 4 layers of linoleum off the kitchen floor, the wood was so destroyed, I thought it was a lost cause. The flooring guys came in, looked at it and said “no problem”.
The floors in the kitchen as well as throughout the house are now beautifully refinished to a perfection.
